Cricket Tour Fundraiser Raffle – Terms & Conditions

1.⁠ ⁠Organiser

This raffle is organised by Leanne Bennett to raise funds towards the 2026 cricket tours for her two children.

 

 2.⁠ ⁠Prize

The 1st Prize winner will receive:

  • One professional 1 hour family photo shoot from Ferricio George Photo & Film (Photoshoot to take place in Port Elizabeth / Gqeberha)
  • Five personalised printed A2 2027 Wall calendars featuring photographs from the photo shoot.

 

The 2nd Prize winner will receive:

  • Five personalised printed A2 2027 Wall calendars using 10 of their own photographs.

 

 The prizes are not transferable for cash and may not be exchanged for another prize.

 

 3.⁠ ⁠Ticket Price

Tickets cost R50 each (or as advertised).

 4.⁠ ⁠Eligibility

 

  • Participants must be 18 years or older, or have the permission of a parent or guardian.
  • By purchasing a ticket, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions.

 

 5.⁠ ⁠How to Enter

 

  • Entry is confirmed once payment has been received via online payment (Payfast) or EFT payment to Nedbank (and money cleared in bank account)
  • Each paid ticket will be allocated a unique raffle number.
  • The organiser’s decision regarding ticket allocation is final.

 

 6.⁠ ⁠Closing Date

Ticket sales close at 11:59 am on 31st August 2026, or earlier if all tickets are sold.

 

 7.⁠ ⁠Prize Draw

The draw will take place on the evening of the 31st August 2026 using a random selection process.

The  winners will be contacted using the contact details provided.

 

8.⁠ ⁠Claiming the Prize

If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, or does not respond within that period, the organiser reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

 

 9.⁠ ⁠Prize Conditions

 

  • The photo shoot must be booked directly with the photographer.
  • The prize is subject to the photographer’s availability.
  • Any travel costs or additional products or services not included in the advertised prize are the responsibility of the winner.
  • The prize should be redeemed before any expiry date specified by the photographer.

The calendar printing must be arrange with Leanne Bennett

 

10.⁠ ⁠Refunds

Ticket purchases are non-refundable unless the raffle is cancelled.

 

11.⁠ ⁠Changes

If circumstances beyond the organiser’s control require changes to the raffle or prize, the organiser reserves the right to make reasonable amendments or substitute a prize of similar value.
